on the Oregon coast. The four phase master plan includes design
of single family homes, duplexes, town homes and condominiums.
The project also called for a clubhouse, sales office and
the design of site amenities including barbeque areas, hiking
trails, children’s play areas, and an entertainment
/ recreation center. An aggressive public relations and marketing
campaign produced sales that exceeded expectations. (Plan

Mountain Terrace is a 9
acre mixed use development located in Vancouver, Washington.
The project includes 125 three story townhome units and 6000
square feet of commercial space, including a daycare and a
fitness center. The buildings were developed at a high density
to allow for common outdoor ‘green’ courtyards
and to maximize open space. All of the townhomes have a pedestrian
oriented front door located on the common courtyard, and a
secondary garage entrance located on the ‘alley’
driveway. The wetland on the property is being restored, and
all of the new storm drainage is being retained on site through
the innovative use of pervious paving and rain gardens. |
