Terraforma provided both the master planning and architectural design of this 7-building resort facility on the central Oregon Coast. The 60-unit vacation club includes; a club house, swimming pool, two hot tubs, tennis courts, children's play area, horseshoe pits, and an outdoor barbeque commons area. Also included were a manager's residence and laundry and maintenance buildings. Sustainable materials and passive lighting techniques were employed to maximize the reduction of energy consumption. Worldmark Resort is highly successful and booked over a year in advance. |
